Overview
From July 2008 we changed our name to IT First to reflect our expanding product portfolio.
Formerly known as Technical Response Team, we launched in 1996 with the aim of delivering IT services concentrating mainly on the small to medium size business community. Since the launch Technical Response rapidly became a market leader in their field, focusing on high levels of service backed by a Management team having over 60 years combined experience.
Our success has grown through developing relationships with clients listening to their needs and developing a strategic partnership providing ongoing support either onsite or by our helpdesk. Our aim is to become the "One Stop Shop" for all our customers needs whether it be a piece of hardware or a fully managed global network.

News
IT First supporting local charitites
IT First have recently contributed to the Golden Lions Children Trust. A charity supporting local children with special needs and underprivileged families, this could only be achieved by enlisting the help of local businesses.
On Saturday the 13th of March 2010, the GLCT took a group of 64 children with special needs and underprivileged youngsters, family members and helpers to Broadfiled Stadium, Crawley to watch a game between Crawley Town FC & Ebsfleet United.
Data Centre refurbishment
IT First have recently refurbished their data centre situated at their premises in Burgess Hill in order to provide a secure and environmentally controlled area in which to host customer’s servers and applications.
Computers for Schools
As part of Albion's Young Seagulls Project, the club's sponsors IT First has begun installing new computers in over 50 schools across Sussex to assist learning and enable pupils to interact with the club. The computers, which have been funded by the Albion, Legal & General and club sponsors IT First, have been supplied to the 28 schools who were members of the club's schools partnership last season and the 25 new schools who have been selected this season.
