Helpdesk Support

IT First offers a dedicated support helpdesk, which is manned by knowledgeable and friendly engineers during normal office hours. This service is offered to all our clients.

Fixed Response Time Support

Full Support Contract

This package offers comprehensive support for your I.T. including helpdesk and regular maintenance for a fixed quarterly fee.

Full support contracts include a nominated senior engineer who will perform regular site visits for general house keeping, preventative maintenance and customer liaison.

Full Facilities Management

We can provide outsourcing of your complete system. IT First would manage, supply, upgrade and support your IT infrastructure including sufficient staff permanently on site.

A project manager would be assigned to ensure smooth running of your facility and to provide a strategy for the future.
